Poste Italiane and DHL are our logistics partners for both Italy and abroad.

Shipments are made within Italy and to countries in the European Union belonging to the following zones.

- Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary;

- Zone 2: France, United Kingdom, Spain; Zone 3: Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Sweden

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package. Shipping costs are calculated directly by the system before payment.

Delivery times for domestic shipments are 2-3 days and around ten days for international shipments.

Deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is not possible to choose the time or day of delivery, so it is advisable to provide a delivery address where someone is always available and a cell phone number.

Once the shipment has been activated, an email will be sent with the shipping details and tracking number to track the order status on the courier's website.

In case of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence, the courier will contact the customer at the telephone number provided in the online order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be held in storage for a maximum of 5 days, after which they will be returned to the sender, with the return shipping costs charged to the buyer.

Please note: We recommend that you visually inspect the package upon delivery by the courier. If it is not in perfect condition, we ask you to:

- accept it “with reservation”

- check the condition of the contents

- take photos in case of visible damage

- send notification and photos to info@deniuse.com

Our team will contact you to verify the actual status of the delivery and, if necessary, initiate the return and refund procedure.
