RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Dear Customer, you may exercise your right to return and receive a refund, without penalty, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of July 22, 2005).

It is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal that the products to be returned are intact. In particular, the products must not have been worn, used, damaged, or missing any integral parts (e.g., packaging).

PLEASE NOTE: If the return does not comply with these conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and return. We therefore ask you to check the product carefully before proceeding with the return.

In order to better manage the return, we ask you to contact us first by writing to info@hamodo.it .

Once we have received your request, our team will contact you to coordinate the return of the item and the possible return of the replacement product. If you request a refund, it will be processed automatically. Except in exceptional cases, refunds will be made within one week of sending the confirmation email.

If the return is not complete, you will receive an email notification of the problems encountered. If the product is used or damaged, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and the product cannot be returned to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS are currently charged to the customer.
