The characteristics of each Product are listed on the Website within each product description and are based on information provided by the individual manufacturers. This information, as well as images and/or videos, are published for informational purposes only, as are all trade names, trademarks, or distinctive symbols appearing on the Website.

The images and colors of the products for sale on niuxe.com may not correspond to the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, any product with manufacturing defects is covered by the same conditions as those provided for by the right of withdrawal legislation, and the Customer may return them by following the procedure set out in the Returns and Refunds section.

Our products are handcrafted by producers who are members of our network. They are often produced in a single size or measurement, the conformity of which is guaranteed by the manufacturer.
