Purchase and payments

The sale is made for tax purposes between the Customer and MIA through the hamodo.it platform, which allows companies participating in the circuit to sell online. The purchase contract and support services (shipping, returns, payments) are managed by MIA and its partners (Shopify for payments and DHL and Poste Italiane for shipping). The manufacturer remains responsible for the products as indicated in the “Product conformity guarantee” section.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the hamodo.it team, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process orders that are incomplete or incorrect, in the event of unavailability of the products requested, or in the event that the Customer does not qualify as a consumer or does not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.

If a product is unavailable, the deniuse.com team will contact the customer to offer a replacement product. If the customer does not accept the replacement, the unfulfilled item will be refunded.

If the Customer wishes to receive an invoice, they must send an email to info@hamodo.it indicating: Company Name/Tax Code/VAT Number/Certified Email Address or indicate it in the note at the time of ordering. MIA will issue the invoice, which will be sent electronically, as required by law for Italian and foreign customers.A copy of the invoice sent electronically will be sent by email.

All prices indicated on the platform are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are excluded and are explicitly indicated before purchase. They are also inclusive of VAT.

MIA reserves the right to change the prices listed on the Website at any time according to the requests and requirements of the manufacturers themselves.

For the payment of products and related shipping costs, you can use Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Prepaid Cards such as Postepay. Paypal and installment payment platforms such as Klarna.The entire payment process is securely managed by our partner provider Shopify, with which our platform is integrated.
